Excepcional. Ubicación tranquila, sin ruidos. Desayuno excelente, el chico que se encarga de ello muy atento. Servido en la terraza del hotel, donde cada día nos preparaba algo diferente, incluyendo frutas, café, tostadas, yogurt, vegetales, huevo… Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, totalmente equipada, con pequeña terraza dentro.

Dobra lokalizacja, dobre połączenie komunikacyjne z innymi miastami wyspy, świetnie śniadania i bardzo życzliwy właściciel, który przygotował nam śniadanie na podróż z uwagi na wczesny lot. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, czysty, przyjazny dla odwiedzających.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liegt super zentral: nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum oder nach Mdina, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten das Zimmer 4 im 1.OG mit einer kleinen Terrasse hintenraus. Dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war schön groß mit 2 Kofferablagen und einem großen Kleiderschrank. Weiterhin eine Küchenschrank und Kühlschrank. Für unsere Bedürfnisse hat es gepasst. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen in dem Bett. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da uns die Zeiten zu früh waren (7 bis 9 Uhr) und wir lieber etwas länger schlafen wollten. Aber sonst wäre es im Zimmer serviert worden. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes lokales Appartmenthaus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Empfehlenswert!!

towels not changed in 4 days; room smelt mouldy and without Ac it was quite damp. Breakfast although fancy, quite limited and fixed - no choices. Room doors provide no insulation so all the activity from the hallway is felt like in your room + you can smell all the breakfast preparation directly in your bed.

We were in the second floor deluxe double. It was a lovely room and there is absolutely nothing not to like about it! Marvellous plumbing, good (quiet) air con, a little balcony, a kitchen unit with fridge, microwave, kettle, sink was incredibly useful. Plenty of storage and surfaces, comfy bed and bedding and the room was large. Every morning we had breakfast served on a large sunny roof terrace opposite our room. The breakfasts were sumptuous and superb! The staff we saw were friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet.

None of this is a criticism but it may be helpful to know that this is not a hotel - more a house of rooms - albeit beautiful rooms with a sumptuous breakfast! So there is no real lounge area, no garden, no staff around during most of the day. If you don’t like a bustling hotel vibe then it’s great. Also, the location was about 10 mins walk from Rabat centre and Mdina - which was very convenient, but we didn’t like that it opened straight onto a busy road with narrow pavements and there were no little bars or cafes nearby (ie within 5 mins).

Excellent comfortable clean accommodation with good air conditioning. Lovely location for exploring Rabat and Mdina, along bus route from Valetta. Staff really friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing. Delivered to your room, freshly prepared and super tasty. Highly recommend if you want a unique stay in a quieter location in Malta.

Safe wasn't working but this wasn't an issue as the property left very secure with code and key pad access. The whole neighborhood felt safe.

Unser Aufenthalt im Townhouse war wunderbar, das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich mit kleinem Balkon (wie beschrieben). Gegenüber des Zimmers war die Dachterasse, auf der unser aussergewöhnliches Frühstück serviert wurde. Robert ist ein charmanter, freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht.

Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu bekommen ist Glückssache.

Such a unique little hotel. Highly recommend if you appreciate authentic interior design. Perfect location for visiting Mdina and Rabat. Breakfast served to your room each morning is a lovely touch.

Tv was in the bedroom area, not sitting room which was very disappointing as a beautiful space to enjoy some Netflix to unwind after a busy day touring around.
