"No customer service!"

The room was clean, warm & very comfortable.

I was collected from the bus which was good as it was late, but after that I saw no staff for my 2 day stay. There was no-one to give advice about getting to the train station, or the local area. The man who collected me said breakfast service was not available & the common/dining room was closed while I was there despite the website saying these were available. Luckily another guest gave me the WiFi code or I would not have known this either. Even when I went looking for staff there was no-one to be found on site. Overall no customer service whatsoever. As a solo female traveller I felt very abandoned & would not recommend the place.

"An ok place to stay! Just that!"

The breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary. The room was cozy though some issues with the shower.
