1. Free parking. 2. 24 hours security. 3. KK MART 24 hours just below the apartment. 4. Near to Sky Avenue. 5. House is big, clean and comfortable. 6. Owner is friendly.

Limited lift, take some time to up and down especially during peak hours when workers rush for work or back from work. But it is okay as we go to jalan jalan cari makan.

About the room and facilities are very good, just need additional mirror outside the bathroom, really like the room is clean and comfortable, the owner is very welcome and very kind, we really enjoy stay there, recomended for family especially, thankyou to Mrs Thean always help us in everything we need and very welcome us, see you next our holiday

About access to enter the place it feels uncomfortable because it's too long to wait for the elevator and it's quite crowded with the workers in the place
