Kocyk na łóżku był brudny i śmierdział, poza tym wszystko było czyste.

Nowy basen - naprawdę fajny! - można pływać i podziwiać Tatry jednoczenie. Cała strefa SPA - bardzo przyjemna! Zresztą widok na Kasprowy i Giewont jest też z pokoju i restauracji. Bardzo smaczne śniadania, przyjemna część wspólna (stylowa jadalnia itp), w jadalni ekspres, herbata, woda filtrowana dostępne całą dobę. Duży plus za salę kinową - idealna żeby obejrzeć mecz na dużym ekranie

W łazience brakuje miejsca na kosmetyki (brak blatu czy szafki). Dodałabym też duże lustro w pokoju.

Brudne jacuzzi pajęczyny kurze. Nie poinformowano mnie o pracach budowlanych trwających w strefie spa.Zwracalam uwagę na brudną wodę I właścicielce bez efektu. Brak mydła przy zlewie i prysznicu. Brak przycisku spłuczki przy toalecie. Deska klozetowa zliczona na śrubę która notorycznie zachaczala o moją bieliznę. Barierki na balkonie które były spróchniałe

Klimatyczna sala kinowa i bilard.

Minusem jest brak lodówki w pokojach. Jest ogólnodostępna kuchnia ale słabo zaopatrzona w sztućce. W łazience były jednorazowe szampony i żele pod prysznic ale brakowało mydła, nie było nawet dozownika. Generalnie łazienka była bardzo mała i problemem było wygodne skorzystanie z toalety. Przez wąskie łóżka i bardzo miękkie materace miało się wrażenie spadania z łóżka. Generalnie trafiliśmy na remont i rebranding ale strefie spa sauna była zepsuta a na jacuzzi było zasłonięte.
