The staff are a family, they are very welcoming and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. Nice unique cave experience

Unfortunately there was a very strong sewage smell at night coming up through the drains which made it uncomfortable to sleep, There is no options at breakfast which does not accommodate tourists The rooms or common area could do with a fan or air conditioning.

The rooms are amazing, very clean and has modern facilities. The staff are very friendly.

The smell in the rooms and the cold in it, but I guess it is normal for a rock hotel.
