Beautiful farmhouse in gorgeous surroundings. Delicious breakfast with local farm produce and the ‘hostess’ made us very welcome and went above and beyond to make us comfortable after a long cycle with luggage to her place

The hostess was great, very thoutghful, sent us the instructions at the arrival momment, prepared us breakfast every morning (amazing by the way! ), and gave us ideas about restaurants and towns to visit nearby 🙂 The place was amazing, very peaceful with everything that you need!

Friendly and helpful host. The breakfast was lovely. It included locally sourced, as well as homemade, produce. There were a lot of children's DVDs available in the room, which makes the evenings easier to manage with kids.

This wasn't a negative for us, but, if you have trouble with stairs, you should be aware that the stair cases are very steep.

Lovely B&B with a very friendly and welcoming host (thanks, Nicole) in a breathtaking location (Het groene hart). Our room was cozy and breakfast was freshly prepared for us every morning with local ingredients and fresh from the garden. It doesn't take a huge buffet to cater for guests' needs. The garden was amazing (including a rooster) and huge, with a little playground (with a little trampoline) and inviting areas for a picknick. So we had three lovely outdoor picknicks at dinner-time. Even though we were "just" passing through to a place we were looking for very much, we were sad to leave in the end :-) On a related note: Fantastic bikes can be rented in Oudewater (Haaksman Tweewielers). Thanks for a great experience!

Some (minor) minus points: We had a private bathroom across the hall (which sounds worse than it is because it took about two steps to be there). However, there was neither a window, nor ventilation, which meant that towels couldn't dry. The room had a rather steep ladder to the two beds on the next level (which our daughter loved and which had also safety precautions). The mosquito nets should be 100% intact as there are really a lot of mosquitos due to all the water. And yes, there are train tracks nearby which can be heard at night - but which wasn't a huge problem for us either.

Short distance from Utrich. Nice and peaceful countryside. Plenty of room outside for barbecue. Exceptionally good and plentiful breakfast. Separate relaxing area for activities, chatting and enjoying a cup of tea. Hostess was kind and took excellent care of us. Definitely worth for second and third visit.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable apartments with everything you need, the rooms are beautifully decorated, a lot of attention to detail. Modern household appliances of excellent quality. The onsite parking is huge. Our apartments exceeded all expectations.

The wi-fi signal was slow.
