Quinta Quinze

Location spettacolare: curata, rilassante, bella. Host squisiti: Tom e Simona sono gentilissimi e super carini. Colazione: mai più senza!

Heerlijk rustige quinta. Ontbijt was super, elke dag variatie en zeker voldoende. Gastvrouw en gastheer waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Tip: misschien in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte een combi micro/over voorzien zou wel handig zijn. Daar we wel een koelkastje hadden maar niets om iets op te warmen.

Das kleine Landgut ist eine gemütliche, grüne und ruhige Oase. Tom und Simone sind sehr bemüht, jeden Tag abwechslungsreiches Frühstück direkt auf die eigene kleine Terasse zu servieren. Sie schätzen guten Kaffee wie wir und man hat eine gute Auswahl an gekühlten Getränken, die man am feinen Pool genießen kann. Quinta Quinze ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, ob die vielen Strände im Süden oder im Westen, sowie das naheliegende Städtchen Olhos de Aqua oder in die Patrymetropole Albufeira. Tom und Simone geben sehr gute Empfehlungen zu Restaurants ab, unser persönliches Highlight war das Restaurant Antiquarios dos Leitoes. Das Lokal ist in Gehweite und die Spezialität ist Spanferkel. Ich würde jeder Hotelanlage das Quinta Quinze vorziehen.

The daily breakfast surprise on our own little terrace was a really nice touch. Tom and Simone are very nice hosts and provided us with a softer mattress topper for one of the beds immediately upon request. The property and location are really nice and quiet, we loved being greeted by the chickens every day, and the pool is just what you need after a long day in the scorching heat. Super nice and roomy bathroom that has recently been renovated.

There was unfortunately no acoustic insulation between the two rooms. We were literally able to talk to each other without leaving our respective rooms, and as soon as someone so much as moved upstairs, you would think there was a Poltergeist in the attic. ;-) The pool could have been a bit cooler for my own liking, but I know that my friends were very happy with it being a bit warmer than the Atlantic.

We loved the garden, pretty house and refreshing pool. Breakfast was home made bread and jams, fruit, cheeses and meats. Yummy. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and addressed any issues immediately. Thank you Tom & Simone.

More sockets or USBs would have been handy but everything worked.
