El trato, me han insultado y denigrado como persona. A las 22h de la noche me amenazaron con que tenia que abandonar el hotel. Me acusaron de fumar dentro de la habiacion cuando yo no soy fumadora. No me dieron la hoja de reclamaciones.

The room was in the centre of ferragudo and there was a lot to do! It was clean and we especially liked our cleaning lady, Celia. She's wonderful.

Because the appartments are in the city centre, it's very noisy. Bring earbuds.

Camera di giuste dimensioni con armadio comodo per ospitare i vestiti di almeno due persone. Zona comune per prepararsi la colazione e frigo per i propri cibi. Posizione centrale con tanti servizi comodi. Pulizia ottima e personale gentilissimo.

Unica nota da rivedere, per un posto di villeggiatura al mare, la mancanza di uno spazio per poter stendere costumi e teli mare a fine giornata. Il fatto che le camere siano sopra ai ristoranti nella piazzetta, ovviamente, non consente si stendere alla finestra. Servirebbe uno spazio dedicato sul retro o una lavatrice asciugatrice comune, in caso si volessero lavare i teli.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Suites @ Portarade. We asked for the room with the bath, and a dressing table as preference, we got just that and more. There was even a fridge in the room when we got there which we didn't realise would be so handy! It was the little touches for me... on Day 1 the cleaner had seen the way I had unpacked and made myself at home, and chose to add to that by adding extra items to the dressing table, like a pot to store all of my hairbrushes in, and containers to stand all of my makeup in, it really did make me smile! :-) Location is great, and the added 10% off in the restaurant and breakfast was a bonus. Food was delicious, staff were amazing, honestly couldn't fault our stay! Thank you Andrew & team!
