Pico da Saudade

La struttura è molto spaziosa, parcheggio adiacente la struttura, bagno in camera spazioso. Cucina attrezzata e un merito va a Fatima, colazione che fa iniziare la giornata e i suoi racconti in portoghese rallegrano il soggiorno.

Rezeption nicht besetzt, älterer , sehr wortkarger und unfreundlicher Herr ließ uns rein ohne irgendwelche Hinweise. Das Bett war schmal und hart, keine Klimaanlage.

No one at the reception when I arrived, had to wait outside the property for 1 hour (!!!) in the scorching afternoon sun for someone to let me in, after calling the owners myself twice; he didn't even think it was necessary to check that everything was ok.Very bad communications. One hour later the maid shows up and explains in broken English that "there were many houses today..." (?). Lets me in my room and quickly disappears. The place is neglected. The room was damp and stuffy. No option for a fan in the summer heat, forget about AC. Peeling walls and extremely uncomfortable bed. Was given a ground floor room, facing the internal courtyard and front entrance. Other guests sitting outside could peek into my room and shower, very noisy. Any whimsical guest wanting to use the kitchen at midnight is heard and disturbs your sleep, if you could even fall asleep with all the heat, the heavy damp smell and the concrete-slab hard mattress. Very basic breakfast, far from being good. I have no idea who are the people that gave this place good reviews and what are the standards they are used to, however this was by far the worst accommodation I have been to in the entire Azores. Perhaps could be considered passable if you are looking for a youth-hostel level of accommodation -- I wasn't.

La colazione .. il confort di avere più cuscini a disposizione e le pulizie della stanza ogni GG.. ma la vista dalla camera soprattutto..

Che avendo una camera mansardata sarebbe meglio predisporre l aria condizionata...

L’emplacement, vu sur la place du village

Accueil très froid par un hôte peu avenant qui n’a pas aidé ma femme à porter sa valise. Literie exécrable de très mauvaise qualité.. mal au dos au réveil, petit déjeuner très limité servi par une personne très peu aimable
