Very convenient location, around the corner from Livario Lello and so close to other amazing sights. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. We left our mobile phone in the room on our last day. Management went out of their way to bring the phone to us but we had to make our flight, so the phone was promptly sent to our home. We are extremely grateful. This type of kindness is so rare. Definitely stay here again next trip.
