Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, łatwo dostępne miejsca parkingowe na ulicy, blisko centrum.

Bardzo ubogie śniadania, brak dostępności kuchni, lodówki, sztućcy, brak dostępności otwieraczy do butelek, do wina.

Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et professionnel ! L’emplacement est idéal, juste à coté des restaurants et des maisons typiques de Santana.

Perfect location - very convenient to start your Madeira adventures from. We always had a parking spot near the house, great views from the terrace. I have seen other guests complaining about the humidity - it is true - it is humid in the north, but you can always take your clothes out, or use the heaters which turn on in the evening. Big supermarket and eating places in a short walking distance. Wonderful breakfast and breakfast hosts!! The furniture etc is not new (and we didn't expect that, as the price for accommodation is very reasonable), but everything is very clean. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The room was fine, we even managed to check in a bit earlier. Breakfast was lovely , even though it wasn't abundant, you could see nice quality of products used in respect with other hotels. We could handwash our clothes outside ,which was essential after the hikes. Great location for trails. A cute bar down the road to enjoy some ponchas.

The bed was a bit small ,my man is quite tall and it was a bit hard to sleep. I didn't see that i booked a room without a fridge or microwave, but at least a mini fridge would come out handy.
