Echo Lodge

Everything exceeded expectations, highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Was some noise during the night but this was not the fault of the venue, was other inconsiderate patrons.

Echo Lodge is a lovely hotel on the outskirts or Auckland, yet in a quiet location with lovely views and garden. Qi was a kind and helpful host, the accommodation outstandingly comfortable and clean. The vegetarian breakfast we requested delicious. We will stay here when we come back to NZ.

The room, bed, view, and lovely host Qi were all exceptional. I felt so relaxed and recharged staying here. This was a wonderful place to stay.

The toileteries ran out quickly.

Perfect location for our needs. The breakfast was so good … cooked eggs sausage etc plus self help juice toast coffee. Our room was well presented and we had a ranch slider too. Plus a heat pump. All good.

Our new car gps found the road but would/ could not display street number. So we got lost but after our help please call phone our lovely host came and found us. So only a two kmescort was needed to 313. Thankyou to our host.

Lovely clean room and huge communal lounge/dining area. Distant views were nice across to Auckland. Host very helpful with suggestions for dining locations. Grounds are nice. Good parking. Nice cooked breakfast with other options available.

The property was beautiful and accommodation itself has been very well maintained.

This is just some personal preference; Loved the niceties but would have loved to have moisturiser in the room. My partner kinda felt uncomfortable that Qi was on the always in property but then again, I understand owner trying to be accessible to guest and their needs. Overall, it’s good value for money if you don’t want to be in the city.
