Local muito bem localizado, o lugar e bem bonitinho tudo organizado,moderno, limpo, cheiroso, funcionarios bem educados e atenciosos, o quarto que fiquei gostei bastante, esqueci meu celular la e fui senti falta algumas horas depois, entrei em contato imediamente me responderam e logo cedo pela manha, mandei uber entrega ir buscar e foram muito prestativos nessa questao tambem, super recomendo!

isso e mais uma dica> pra ficar perfeito seria bom pra tempo de primavera ou verao vcs colocarem um ar condicionado ou se nao for possivel, um ventilador de teto ou ventilador portatil que se adeque a estetica do quarto, por causa do calor desses meses

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always answering queries quickly. The hostel was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but public transport, like buses and trams are very close to the location. Towels and pillows were provided.

My only complaint is that one night, another guest was quite loud on a call around midnight. I wish there were rules regarding phone use after midnight.

Não recomendo este guest house, especialmente para mulheres que viajam sozinhas. Durante a minha estadia senti-me bastante desconfortável. Houve situações muito desagradáveis: algumas pessoas mexiam na comida dos outros na cozinha partilhada e ouvi relatos de homens a masturbarem-se nos quartos, o que cria um ambiente pouco seguro e desconfortável. Além disso, o apartamento tem um cheiro forte a mofo e as fotos no website do Booking não correspondem à realidade. O estado do alojamento é muito pior do que aparenta online. Há também obras a decorrer no prédio ao lado, o que causa muito barulho e perturba o descanso. A água do chuveiro nem sempre é quente e a internet cai com frequência, o que é bastante inconveniente. There were several unpleasant situations: people were touching and using other guests’ food in the shared kitchen, and I heard reports of men masturbating in their rooms, which creates an unsafe and very uncomfortable environment. In addition, the apartment smells strongly of mold, and the photos on the Booking website do not match the reality. The condition of the accommodation is much worse than what is shown online. There are also construction works happening in the building next door, which creates a lot of noise and makes it difficult to rest. The shower water is not always hot, and the internet connection drops frequently, which is very inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I would not return and cannot recommend it.
