We booked as very close to Hobbiton, The host was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is completely self contained and immaculate, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Couldn’t fault anything. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous self contained unit behind owner's house. Exceptionally clean. Super bed. Large rooms. Pool in garden. 20 min drive to Hobbiton.

No washing machine for those staying longer but service provided at extra cost.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast It was continental and previously when I've stayed at B & B its been more of a sit down homemade affair with choice of eggs, fruit juice etc

We love everything except the fact that we booked just 2 nights instead of the full week.
