La disponibilidad del personal para ayudarnos 😍!Primera vez que son tan flexibles. Llevábamos dos semanas viajando por Italia y el principal problema eran las maletas!!! Si no estábamos en hotel, teníamos que pagar por un par de horas el día completo 22 a 25€ dos maletas de 10 kilos y dos bolsos. En este alojamiento nos ayudaron a recibir las maletas mucho más antes de tiempo y de paso nos dejaron entrar a la habitación más temprano. La señora del aseo muy gentil, he igual la persona que está respondiendo el WhatsApp con mucha disposición para ayudar. Realmente nos sorprendimos!!! ♥️ Y la habitación tal cual como en las fotos amplia, bien decorada el baño cómodo, limpio y bonito , con balcón a la calle principal de Maiori y a un paso de la playa. Nos encantó. Muchas gracias 🙏

Para el servicio y la habitación que nos tocó no tenemos nada negativo al respecto , no hay asesor pero las escalas y la entrada es súper amplia y fácil de llegar.

There was a TV with internet, and the apartment was very clean. It is centrally located, only 5 minutes from the beach. There are supermarkets and fruit shops nearby.

The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful! Maiori is beautiful and I would most definitely visit again :)

I really enjoyed the accommodation, particularly the balcony with its beautiful sea view. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided, which was much appreciated. The location is excellent just a short walk from the beach and the port, with easy boat access to other popular spots along the Amalfi Coast and nearby islands. The apartment is centrally located, and Maiori itself is truly stunning.

I would have appreciated having more glasses, as well as a kettle or coffee machine in the room, along with some plates and cutlery. It would make it much easier to enjoy snacks on the balcony and have a coffee in the morning without needing to go out and buy one every day.

Complaint Regarding La Serenata Luxury I wish to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at La Serenata Luxury. The hotel's advertising and the photographs presented on the booking website were highly misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. The entrance to the hotel and the surrounding area were very different from what had been advertised. The overall appearance, facilities, and atmosphere fell far below the reasonable expectations created by the published description and images. Had the true condition of the hotel been disclosed, I would never have made the reservation. As a guest, I expected the accommodation to correspond to the information and photographs provided. Unfortunately, this was not the case, resulting in great disappointment, inconvenience, and distress. I therefore request that this complaint be recorded and taken into consideration when reviewing this matter. I reserve all of my rights in connection with this issue. 🟨

Οι φωτογραφίες που ειχα δει στην πλατφορμα τελικα δεν ήταν επαρκές. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε μπαλκόνι φυσικά ηταν ανακαινισμένο. Το κτίριο ηταν πολύ παλιό. Νομιζες οτι θα δεις φαντάσματα!!! Η τοποθεσία ηταν αρκετά καλή. Ο οικοδεσπότης φροντισε λόγω της δυσαρεσχειας μου για την μη αναμενωμενη εικονα του κτιρίου κατα βάση να μου αφήσει την επόμενη μέρα ενα μπουκάλι κρασί
