We loved a lot of things but above all the warm welcoming of the hosts and their strong focus on making guests comfortable.

All good… just one advice: keep the milk on the fridge as Mediterranean guests love drink milk 😉

The most welcoming hosts that me and my husband have ever met! Amazing, very supportive and friendly couple, and we fell in love with their beautiful St. Bernard dogs :) The house is basically at the foot of the green mountains, the atmosphere is peaceful and serene - perfect to relax and feel closer to nature. Our room was clean and cozy, with traditional designs (knitted slippers including) and a small balcony. The breakfast was super tasteful, made from high-quality ingredients (eggs + salad + homemade pie/salted meat). We also asked to prepare dinner one night and it was delicious :) The fridge is also available for the guests if needed. Highly recommend this place and hope that one day we will come back :)

Good location, quiet and surrounded by nature. Lovely host, friendly, but also discreet. The breakfast was pretty basic, but ok and the coffee was good.

No fly screens at any of the windows and when we arrived later on both nights the light was turned on by the host and we were invaded by moths, which were too many to get rid of at that point. Also, the door sill was not properly glued in and more insects were coming through that way. Bigger towels and more of them would be useful, but we didn’t ask for additional ones. The shower is quite small. Also, the road to get there is also not in the greatest condition, so be prepared for a slower drive over the last few km, but nothing too scary. Not the greatest value for money, considering that the nightly rate was the same as for a 3 star hotel and restaurant on the lake side near by.
