Dobre smaki at Wczasowa8 sea resort

The staff were AWESOME! Pani Halina in reception was attentive and very friendly. Our radiator needed minor repairs as it was on MAX without the possibility of turning it down. It was serviced on the same day and the problem was sorted. The room was very clean and the food in the restaurant was very good for the price. We enjoyed our massage and the staff should be praised.

I didn't know that there would be no pool or sauna access until I arrived. The shower head in our room does not really fit the element its attached to making it difficult to position and this led to a lot of water leaving the shower area and partially flooding the bathroom. The broken shelf above the headboard should be reimagined, because the current solution isn't working. The "invisible mounting", while attractive, is never going to be strong enough for what guests are going to use the shelf for--pulling themselves out of bed and/or couples being intimate. I wanted a place to put my book, but the slope of the shelf made this risky.

The lady at the reception was so warm and welcoming! She is amazing. We stayed in a room on the ground floor, next to the pool and it was perfect for our kids. They loved the pool and we could enjoy our patio while they swam and played. The breakfast was also delicious with lots of variety and friendly, helpful staff.

I wish the cleaning staff and one of the men who fixed things at the hotel felt more ownership of the property and concern for the guests. They didn't feel they had the authority to help us with giving us basic things - I asked for clean bedding and towels and they all seemed stunned and had to 'ask permission' from the front desk. These are basic things guests need and it would be great if they felt responsible for hospitality and felt they had the power to help guests when asked.
