Foarte dezamăgitor – ședere compromisă de lipsa totală de igienă și considerație Cazarea era într-o stare inacceptabilă de murdărie. Era literalmente mai curat să dormim afară. Un singur sul de hârtie igienică pentru întreaga casă, fără prosoape de hârtie, iar vasele erau atât de murdare încât era mai sigur să mâncăm cu mâinile. Accesul la bucătărie se făcea prin spălătorie, iar grătarul nu fusese curățat de ani de zile. Patul era rupt, iar când am încercat să contactăm persoana responsabilă pentru un simplu desfăcător de sticle, am fost complet ignorați. Am supraviețuit nopții, dar această experiență ne-a stricat complet sejurul. De evitat cu siguranță.

The location is excellent, the room was warm and cozy, and the staff were very nice and discreet. The price is quite reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to its potential. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and basic maintenance, like clearing snow and ice from the stairs, was neglected—something that could have been resolved in minutes. The room lacked facilities: no minibar, only one cup for a 4-person apartment. There is a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. It feels like there’s a lot of wasted potential here. With better attention to detail, this place could be so much better.

What a fantastic retreat for a quick getaway or a longer escape to explore the stunning sights of Predeal! The resort is amazing, nestled close to nature and just a short walk from the heart of Predeal. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a fresh feel to them. We're definitely planning to make this our go-to spot from now on! The wonderful hosts are always there to ensure your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.
