"Cute little place to stay for solo travelers or a small family."

Good location, friendly staff, restaurants and markets all walkable. Minutes to the bus or train to central Rome.

Everything was fine. There were no problems.

"Overall, a great stay. If I was taking children or my parents I wouldn’t stay here but for me and my boyfriend who are t"

Facilities were good. Nice communal area with fridge which was really handy as we actually went to the supermarket (20 min walk) to buy some things to make a picnic. Bed was big and comfy, bathroom and shower were immaculate (cleanliness is a MASSIVE thing for me). All rooms have a shared roof terrace which is lovely, we had some evening drinks and pizza (from Vogila Di Pizza Roma, 4 minute walk) on the sun terrace on our first night after travelling all day. Angela was lovely although could speak very little english (and me, very little Italian) so we used Google translate to communicate! Location: 20 min walk from the Ciampino station where you can jump on the train straight to Roma Termini (central station in rome). Or, you can jump on the bus which is 5 minutes to Ciampino station (we opted to walk in the morning and jump on the bus back to the hotel after our full on days in the city). There might be a bus straight to Rome but we didn’t explore this.

Only 4 rooms in the property but if you get a noisy neighbour it’s a bit annoying. On our 2nd night at around 11pm there was a man in the communal area shouting down the phone as well as slamming his door. It didn’t bother us as we were still awake but if you were asleep or had children this may be something to consider. The garden centre over the road or a neighbour to the property has a cockerel (not joking) and it woke us up with its morning call at around 5am every morning and did not stop… my boyfriend slept through it but it woke me up multiple times. I would just get back off to sleep and it would go again. I rated value for money low purely because it was expensive considering the commute that you have to take to get into Rome. Although easy to navigate, it isn’t the most convenient.

"Very good for the Price"

8.0

The staff was friendly and they cleaned very good. the quiet of the neighborhood. A very good pasticceria downstairs where you can eat breakfast lunch and dinner.. Bus to Rome are running often. Easy to reach Rome center with transportation, no car is needed.

The bathroom outside the bedroom, and the small shower, not good for big people. No parking
