Bnb Villa Lendi

The B&B is a historical building in the center of Frattamaggiore. My room was very big, with high ceiling, in line with the style of the building. The host, Gennaro, was very kind and helpful. There is free parking available and breakfast is served in a bar just across the street. The structure in itself has a very high potential, it would need some renovation but all in all it was clean and comfortable!

Very clean and spacious room in a beautiful building.

I cannot be thankful enough for the service we received! Our host was so incredibly helpful. He checked in to make sure things were ok, gave us tips on where to eat, organised taxis and even drove his scooter to buy us milk for our toddler. He spoke English extremely well (not that we expected anyone to, since we are in their country) . I loved how secure the building was and felt safe. If you’re wanting a fancy building, this isn’t your property however it’s super authentic, clean and honestly suited us perfectly. There was plenty of room for our toddler to kick his ball and play, with a park approx 300m away. There was ample parking also. Our morning complimentary breakfast of croissants and coffee was amazing! The cafes/ restaurants nearby provided excellent service also. The property is fairly close to a train station however we had a vehicle.

Room was okay and at least we got some sort of breakfast in the end.

Check in process - It was hectic the guy who met us constantly was speaking to other people and seemed totally stressed about some sort of issues. There were multiple guys around us all the time it seemed like we entered gangs hideout not tourist villa. Location - absolutely nothing to do around there hard to find restaurants in the area all we could see were guys hanging around in groups on every single corner staring at us like we would be attraction of some sort. My wife did not feel safe in the area at all. You have to open several gates/ doors to enter the property I think there were 4 doors/ gates in total. No surprise as area is not safe. If you decide to travel with your own car parking is hard to find and there are too many rules where you can or cannot park. After I parked my car I received calls and messages to "quickly" move my car when I already left the property. I had to travel back and move my car, perhaps if check in would not be so hectic we could understand better as pictures were sent on WhatsApp and these were just confusing. Breakfast - there is no breakfast on site we were told to walk to local breakfast bar in the morning, then we received message with the photo (only a photo no address) of other local bar in opposite direction as this breakfast bar would not be open for us. Eventually we were sent address and got our breakfast. Don't expect anything from breakfast as they have only bakery and coffee. We had few croissants and coffee. However guys tried their best in breakfast bar so +1 mark from me they . Later at our breakfast bar large group of guys covered in chains/ tattoos and tshirst with weed symbols on arrived at the cafe, just sums up the area we were staying in. check out - there was nobody to check us out or open security gate for our car to get our.

Gennaro was an excellent host and sorted out an early breakfast for us . we had a flight the next morning from Naples airport and villa lendi provided a comfortable place to stay conveniently situated near the airport .

It felt like sleeping in the castle. Very big and clean room. I was sleeping like a baby.

The building itself has such a historic aesthetic and is very quaint; firm and comfortable beds; nice complimentary breakfast at the LOL Cafe. Overall a great experience
