Isange Paradise Resort

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The staff at reception and the manager welcomed us with fresh juice and were able to help us arrange for a driver for the following day. They were really flexible with a later check out and as I wasn't feeling well, provided a lot of support. The garden was a nice place to relax and the restaurant was large with many drink options. The showers were hot and the rooms were generous in size with a nice patio. The driver was excellent - he supported us in getting tickets for a hike, and was very knowledgeable about the park.

It was a bit further away from town center so we had to walk to go to any other restaurants, etc. But only 20 minutes from Volcanoes headquarters which was convenient.

I arrived and there they told me that despite confirmation there was no room. After 2 hours had then still found a room. I was promised a decent room for the next day, but the promise was not kept.

Very friendly staff

Good location in Ruhengeri/Musange with comfortable and clean rooms. However the power supply in the area is hit or miss, in our case it was off for 18 hours and the Hotel does not have a generator. The restaurant serves good local food, though the 'bananas flambee' was the single worst desert I've had in my life.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner on the property, and nice rooms with good beds and hot showers. Only 20-30 minute drive from Volcanoes National Park. Feels very peaceful. Highly recommend!

The neighbors next door were a little loud, but otherwise, great!

Perfect location not far from the main road but strategic as well for the ones going on volcanoes hiking. Amazing organic food Flexibility to serve breakfast at 5.30 am

Everything. The garden was gorgeous, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The large portions of food were excellent and fresh. The area and space was quiet and relaxing. The different birds were lovely to watch. It is about a 10 minute moto ride from town centre, but we enjoyed the location. Showers were also great.
