Excellent location. We were a 15 minute walk from the train station and five minute walk to the pedestrian city. There were also some great restaurants nearby. Ilaria set us up so well for each day we were there providing us with bus and ferry information that we needed. She has lived in Como her whole life and can answer any question!

The best part of our stay was the hostess, Ilaria. Ilaria radiated hospitality and made sure our stay not just in her B&B, but around the lake, exceeded expectations. She provided us with great conversation and invaluable advice as to the best places to visit and eat based on our preferences. She was very flexible with breakfast and provided great conversation if wanted or space if desired. I can say for certain that our experience in Como and in the neighboring towns would not have been nearly as fruitful without her advice. The space itself has everything you need and is very cozy. Beautiful exposed brick, a comfortable queen-sized bed, a nice bathroom, a pseudo-balcony, wifi, and AC if needed. Plenty of natural light and light fixtures as well.

N/A Other visitors should be aware that they may have to share breakfast with whoever is staying in the other room, but this is not a negative in my mind as you can easily work around their schedule.

The host, Illaria, is amazing and very informative about Como, since she is from here. She made great recommendations and even celebrated my birthday at one of her delicious breakfasts.

Nejlepší na celém ubytování je paní majitelka. Ilaria je velmi milá, ochotná poradit a připravuje výborné snídaně. Navíc s námi během snídaní vždy prošla jaké bude počasí a poradila co dělat, kam jít, kde co zajistit, poslala odkazy na jízdní řády a zajímavá místa. I během dne napsala zprávu, jak se nám daří a jestli se máme dobře. Jde vidět, že jí na klientech velmi záleží a snaží se, aby se cítili co nejlépe. Je to v dnešní anonymní době pro mě velmi příjemné osvěžení a návrat do doby, kdy spolu lidé více mluvili a nekoukali jen do telefonů. Místo ubytování je jen pár metrů od centra města a cca 20 minut o vlakového nádraží. Pokoje velmi čisté a udržované. Ilaria dbá na perfektní úklid a čistotu. Pokud chcete ubytování s nádechem pravé Itálie, tak toto můžu s klidným srdce doporučit.

Nedá se říci, že by se nám něco přímo nelíbilo, ale ubytování je ve třetím patře, což může být pro někoho trošku problém. Nám to vůbec nevadilo. Pokoj je zařízení s láskou a útulně. Není zde televize, což my spíše oceňujeme. Jediná malinká drobnost, že bych ocenila poličku ve sprše na položení věcí.
