Traumhafte Lage. Sehr schönes Gebäude. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Immer gerne wieder.

Etwas kleines Bad aber machbar.

Bra men lite snålt, nog beroende på att vi var de sista som åt, dock inom frukosttiden!

Saknade ägg o bacon plus croissant till kaffet.

Charmigt boende och trevlig omgivning. Ett särskilt plus för kryddade äpplebitar till frukostfilen

Belle surprise: beaucoup de charme :du logement en lui même mais aussi de l'environnement magnifique. Nombreuses visites autour en lien avec le chateau et surtout les écuries attenantes. Personnel sympathique: j'ai appelé pour changer de chambre car celle qui m'était attribuée ne me convenait pas et la personne m'a donné à choisir entre les trois chambres encore disponibles après que j'ai pu les voir! Nombreux beaux espaces communs . Atmosphère particulière du lieu car géré et occupé principalement par des personnes en lien avec les chevaux (milieu qui m'est inconnu) Décoration intérieure . Chambres et salles de bain propres ( j'ai de fait pu en voir 4).

Personne à l'arrivée en fin d'après-midi mais quelqu'un a répondu de suite à mon appel. Un groupe qui suivait une conférence ou une formation pendant la journée de mon arrivée occupait la cuisine ( qui est pourtant grande ) sans se préoccuper de laisser la place et n'a pas nettoyé correctement avant de partir ( frigos, tables,vaisselle pas lavée ou pas rangée,...). C'est dommage car le lendemain matin quand je suis descendue pour le petit déjeuner tout était à nouveau parfaitement propre...Ce n'est donc pas de la faute des employés mais cela n'arriverait sans doute pas si quelqu'un était présent aussi l'après midi/soir.

Sehr charmantes, persönliches Haus mit viel Flair, den man auch genießen kann, wenn man selbst gar nichts mit der Reiterei zu tun hat. Dass bei der Ankunft in der großen Küche Kaffee, Tee und Kuchen bereit standen, war großartig.

The house is an old beauty, very charming, we had a beautiful blue and white bedroom, clearly you don’t expect all the mod cons. You have access to the living areas and kitchen and can use the fridge for storage. A lovely breakfast provided. The history of the village is fascinating and it continues to this day to operate as an equine centre for training and education. Beautiful walks can be had around the Slott

Beautiful location, the town of Strömsholm and the area around it is magnificent. Great breakfast in a very fancy room. Staff is kind and helpful. Easy check in. Parking available. I would describe it as an old but very well maintained house that has a lot of character. You can roam around some of the house and find books, paintings and places to sit. There is also a shared kitchen. Definitely worth coming here.
