Great facilities, friendly staff

No windows in room

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner incroyable, la suite "Penthouse" et son fauteuil massant. Nous avions un cuisine équipée et même un lave-linge.

L'odeur de renfermé ou de remontées d'égouts dans la chambre standard où étaient nos enfants. Les écureuils le soir et les paons le matin qui jouent sur le toit du Penthouse (il faut des boules Quies ;)

- Staff were fabulous, so welcoming and helpful. Very attentive! - Breakfast was lovely. Had the option between an English breakfast or Sri Lankan breakfast, both were delicious. - Room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved all the orange accessories to match the Mimoza name/vibe. - Short walk to local restaurants, beaches and main strip of Mirissa. - Roof top pool was a great touch. - We loved our stay!

Good location friendly staff very clean room

Magnifique chambre avec tout ce qu’il faut . Très propre et spacieuse. Salle de bain nickel avec les produits nécessaires. Clim + ventilateur. Un grand frigo + 1 bouteille d’eau par personne par jour . La piscine est top, pas très grande mais très bien. L’accès est de 8h à 22h30. Nous étions seuls dedans. Petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux. Un très bel endroit. Bien situé. Pas très loin à pieds des plages et de secret beach. Singes et paons sont de la partie. Je recommande vivement.

Erg fijne guesthouse. Prima grote kamer met fijne bedden en douche; Keukentje erbij was ook fijn. Lekker zwembadje om af te koelen bovenop de accomodaties. Heerlijk ontbijt. Dinge in de omgeving te doen met tuktuk (let op: PickMe is lastig want “vrije” tuktuk-drivers belemmeren de PickMe drivers)

Very clean, great staff, very friendly! The deluxe room was great with a balcony and access to the pool in front of room. Pool towels are provided which is great. They gave us a bottle of water per person every day which is a great touch, the fridge in room is huge. You can buy beer and drinks from downstairs and they bring them to your room. The location is excellent, top end of Mirissa with lots of restaurants and a few shops, only a short walk to the beach and main road, 500 rupees to Tuk Tuk to secret beach as it’s a steep hill and lovely beach. Quite a few wild dogs around at night so we started getting Tuk Tuk back at night.

The breakfast could do with a bit of a change each day and they need to toast their toast as it just seemed like warm bread, we did ask for it to be toasted little more but it still looked like bread. The pool area is very small so if there are a few people already up there or in the pool it’s not a big enough space. It can be quite noisy in the morning with doors slamming but wasn’t too much of a problem.

This was our favourite accommodation out of 12 hotels on our holiday. Very friendly. Good location in best part of Mirissa. Easy to access beach area and some good local bars etc within few minutes walk. Room spacious good bed and shower. Great breakfast

Pool was rooftop and quite small but certainly not bad!
