"Nice"

Clean and nice. good spot

We had to wait for like 1 hour to get in touch with the owner. Neighbors helped us, still took long time.

"Lovely location but better communication would have improved our stay."

The location was excellent and easy to access.The room was a good size and the a/c worked. It would have been even better if there were instructions in the room on how to access wifi.

The only time we saw our hosts assist was when she answered the door. I was given her contact number but didn't have roaming so couldn't make calls. We actually forgot to pay (I'd booked other accommodation using Airbnb where you pay upfront) which was embarrassing- this wouldn't have happened if there were staff around some of the time.

"Visit Goree and enjoy the amazing location"

The house is super clean, AC useful during the hot season, a very large room, the decoration is very peaceful and calming in the room and lobby. The hosts (Coumbis in 2021 and Tina in 2023) are very nice. I was here 2 years ago and continue recommending this place

"Beautiful retreat away from the bustle."

The accommodation was immaculately clean and gorgeous outside and in. Spacious, you get access to the entire ground floor. You are given a beautiful, home prepared breakfast with many choices. Host is welcoming and friendly. She is also a massage therapist with a dedicated, tasteful room upstairs. Massage was excellent.

I was happy with everything. Nothing negative to comment on.

The hotel was in a quaint neighbor with amazing architecture. Our host was incredibly friendly and set us up with a great island guide. The breakfast was delicious. She also gives excellent massages. I would highly recommend this place for 1 or 2 people. It was really worth spending the night or 2 on the island

The restaurants on the island don't stay open late, so dine before 7pm.
