Best balcony view of the city. The hosts are so educated and give all the information you need in the city, they can arrange one day tour with Tuk Tuk of the tea plantation as well. We have a excellent breakfast their also.

Zion is a wonderful place to stay whilst visiting Nuwara Elija. The rooms are simple and comfortable, the price is more than competitive, and the host is very lovely and helpful. We got a delicious cup of tea on arrival, and she was able to help with organising a few trips for us (Hortons National Park, tea factory, etc), all at a good price (better than we could have negotiated!). Would recommend.

Overlooking beautiful Nuwara Eliya, this homestay is our highlight of our journey through Sri Lanka! The host Ann is so lovely and accommodating, offering extra blankets, umbrellas, even rain jackets, and tea on arrival! The breakfast was delicious and a good price. The room we stayed was warm, very clean, with a super comfortable bed. The location is great, only a short 10 minute walk into town! Ann was also so helpful in organising transport for us, especially when the trains weren’t running due to landslides. It rained the entire time we stayed here and is still our favourite accomodation and we wish we could stay longer! We could not recommend this homestay more, please stay here if you’re visiting Nuwara Eliya! Thank you for such a lovely experience 😊

We had the best stay in Zion! Ann and her husband are extremely kind and helpfull. They spoke very good english and we had some really nice conversations with them. On top of that, the food is super delicious. The room is spacious and clean. We felt really welcome and would recommend everyone to stay here. It is around a 10 minute walk from the center but still far enough that is quiet and peacefull.

Very cozy, clean and beautiful homestay with a great view and quiet location. Lovely host took care of us so well, the breakfast and dinner we enjoyed there were some of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. She also organized all transfers for us to the Horton Plains and Nanu Oya, which was very convenient. Thanks so much for everything, we will definitely be back!

I had an amazing two-night stay at Zion, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Nuwara Eliya, just 2km from the city center. The room offered breathtaking views of the mountains, city, and nearby temple, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room was not only soundproof but also incredibly comfortable with a cozy bed. The extra blankets provided ensured I stayed warm during the cool nights, and the adjustable hot water shower was the best I've ever experienced! The room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, two tea cups, spoons, and even a hair dryer. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like two towels, two tables, and two chairs, making the stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing a rain jacket and umbrella for my outdoor excursions. They also arranged PickMe services easily, so I could explore nearby attractions like Ambewela New Zealand Farm, Piduruthalagala, and Lover’s Leaps without any hassle. I highly recommend Zion for anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. It's a safe, welcoming place with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and I'll definitely be coming back!

The owner and family were so nice and helpful, always ready to do whatever was required to feel us comfortable, room was quite spacious and the view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious.we enjoyed our stay very much and love to visit again.
