Kiku the family parrot was upset at having to sit outside in the awful weather. On our last day he was crying and it upset me very much. Please get him a heater or leave him inside until weather more temperate.

Die Atmosphäre in dem kleinen Palast ist sehr friedlich. Ein traumhaft schönes Zimmer hat uns erwartet. Man fühlt sich gleich als Prinzessin :). Personal war super nett und auch die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die kostenlose Führung mit dem Marquis war interessant. Jederzeit wieder. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Beautiful room with a crazy bed (the pineapple room). Very interesting historic house which is also a museum open to the public during the day. The owner (the Marquis) gave us and the few other guests a private tour of the house one morning, with many interesting family anecdotes. Breakfast was great - fresh orange juice, good tea and coffee, lovely fresh bread, croissants, yoghurt, etc.; taken in the courtyard garden with Kika the parrot. There is an old Bentley and a suit of armour in the garage - of course. Excellent position in the centre of Valletta, easy walk to all museums and shops. Quiet. There is a lift if you need it.

Nice ensuite bathroom and shower, with the door up a short corridor to the room, but somehow the bathroom amplified sounds into the bedroom....

Very historic and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.The private tour by the Marchesa was very interesting and she was lovely and friendly.

We would have liked more lighting in the room and more drawer space for clothing.

Great central location , historic property, large bathroom with good hot water, staff and owner super nice and helpful.

Everything! Marvellous warm, welcome from our hostess; super room. Fantastic breakfast... and as a bonus, tour of the entire property, which is actually a 15th century palace... excellent restaurant in the basement...
