Home at 20 by Sleepyoho

In the middle of Nimman but somehow quiet and peaceful. A short walk from many restaurants and shops. Sparkling clean and rooms larger than average. Beautiful furnishings and large common kitchen with free water and snacks. Only downside for me was the lack of a washer onsite (coin operated laundry is a short 10/15 min walk away but it would have been more convenient to have it onsite). Other than that a perfect stay, very relaxing! ☺️

No staff available throughout our stay, which wasn’t an issue as check in instructions were clear. There was a sign in the kitchen that we didn’t see until our last day, explaining that we had to contact staff on WhatsApp if we needed more toilet roll or any other amenities which would be an extra charge. One toilet roll between two people over 3days is and was not enough. The other room we booked was a double room with a shared bathroom, this only had two toilet rolls, the lock did work and the door, the bed and door was squeaky which sounds petty but was so loud we could hear from upstairs. Our door in the top floor has to be slammed closed which I imagine would have disturbed people staying in the property. It was just a shame for a nice property to have missed some basic amenities and ensure a stay in comfortable and worth the money.

It was a very good stay, the room was clean and well maintained. Recommended for all, love from pakistan 🇵🇰 ❤️

The location is amazing, very nice and comfortable room, and you feel very welcomed since the moment you arrive! It was my favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai!
