BenB Het Posthuis

Lovely b&b. I enjoyed having the whole place to myself, even though I was only staying one night. Just what I needed after a long day cycling.

Excellent host, unique and historically interesting location (modernized former police post from the 1980’s in a typical Dutch residential area - literally living among the locals). Great breakfast, well equipped, with lots of privacy. This area is central to a lot of nature reserves in both The Netherlands and Belgium. It is close to Antwerp and very close to several historic second world war locations you can freely explore or get guided tours for. (A lot of activity happened here) You will want a car to get out of the cute but small town itself. International train connectivity to major European cities via Roosendaal -> Antwerp.

I was on a bike tour and my stay at Loes and Dimitri's very stylish Het Posthuis was perfect. From the warm welcome to the help I was given with my gear (always a problem when cycle touring) to the fabulous breakfast, I could not have asked for more. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone in to modelling and equipping the lovably quirky building (it is an ex-police station) and it was also immaculate. I was totally charmed. the rural location is very private and quiet and there are a choice of restaurants nearby for an evening meal.

There is nothing I didn't like.

A beautiful, clean, quiet B&B, furnished with a lot of good taste. The breakfast was very good and the owner is the loveliest person you can expect. We felt like home!

Welcoming was great and place is super nice. Even better than in pictures. Bed is super comfortable. Practical kitchenete. And big and nice douche. Breakfast was amazing

All was spot on.
