HOTEL - Pałac Słonowice

The location and the exterior look was great. Staff was friendly.

There were a lot of dead flys in my bathroom and then additional ones flying around my room. The floor was broken and there were holes in the door. Check out took longer than expected due to one staff member working.

Brakowało miejsca do spacerów w otoczeniu pałacu.

Building was really nice

There is nothing to do in the area and the building is obvious old so you have to like that

Lokalizacja jest super. Za pałacem jest piękny widok na jezioro. Można tam usiąść i rozkoszować się widokiem w ciszy. Duży plus za ekspres do kawy i za dopasowanie do upodobań żywieniowych klienta.

Pokój na poddaszu jest bardzo niewygodny - wszędzie skosy, do tego jedno okno dachowe czyli ciemno w środku. Łóżko miało być podwójne - były dwa pojedyncze ustawione obok siebie. Łazienka ma część płytek z jednej parafii, część z innej. Posłanie na jednym z łóżek wyglądało na używane - czyjeś włosy, paprochy. Na szczęście drugie było ok. Gniazdka wyrwane ze ściany, część niesprawnych. Obsługa miła, to na plus. Jeśli chodzi o stosunek jakości do ceny to niestety kiepsko.

la propreté dans l'hôtel,les chambres pas nettoyées ,les velux sales ,,des douches très vieilles ,des tapis partout ,une odeur de renfermée ,des coupures d'eau ,de l'eau coulait et était rouillée ,fallait laissé couler l'eau 5 minutes une literie usée ,des draps vieux ,les boissons non fraiches et le petit déjeuné manque de pain et des produits frais ,pas de personne à l'accueil le jour du départ ,c'était une mauvaise expérience ,pendant le séjour aucune personne n'a fait du nettoyage et ménage
