Lago da Garça Guesthouse

Nice and varied breakfast. More than enough to get you through the morning. Beautiful, quiet location. Super friendly and attentive owner!! We stayed in April, so the weather was very unpredictable but all in all a lovely stay.

The stay was incredible. First, the host made us feel welcome and comfortable, showing us the property and telling a history of the place and scenery. The place has beautiful views, the house itself is gorgeous, and it really feels like a magical setting. The areas around it are great for hiking, there are tons of places a quick drive to explore, and it's nice to de-atach from the stress of everyday life in the city.

Joana was the most spectacular host. She waited for us to check in which was seamless, and had already stocked the fridge with snacks for us to have over the 5 days we spent there. The house comes with a history and story which you must ask her about. The room was clean and cute, it was the perfect getaway and exceeded all expectations. We'll definitely be back, can't recommend this enough!!

Everything was perfect, there is nothing not to love about this house and guest room. Just a note, there is no connection/wifi at this property. But if you drive out a minute, you'll get signal on your phone.

The location was perfect for us to relax and take a break from routine, the host was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

The heating outside our room wasn't on so it was cold... We had to dress our coats to get some water or tea from the kitchen.

Scenery is espectacular and if nature is what you are looking for, go no further...
