Everything was very comfortable and all needs thought of. We loved the warm cozy accommodation and the kids loved the cat and dog who were very friendly and up for a cuddle.

Everything - great location, excellent accommodation and facilities, beautiful gardens, warm house, great and friendly host - she even had the fire going and house was warm and toasty when we arrived.

Nothing to complain about whatsoever

What's not to like lovely cozy homely place with a lovely garden outlook, wanted to stay longer comfortable beds and all you need in the kitchen to make a yummy breakfast.

Was absolutely fantastic, we couldn't fault the property everything you need was provided. We were blown away, was certainly a home away from home. Private, close to all ammineties. Would have loved to stay longer.

Great spot and not far from the middle of town with everything you need..

A fabulous place to stay in Ohakune. Only a short walk from the centre of town and set in a wonderful garden. The apartment is very spacious with everything you could need, apart from a washing machine. However, Marlene kindly let us use her machine to deal with some much needed laundry. The breakfast supplies were plentiful and varied. We only stayed for 2 nights, but could happily have stayed for a week.

There was a lovely verandah to sit outside, but only one chair. Note that payment is only by cash or bank transfer - it stipulates that in the listing, but it was something that we easily overlooked until we arrived. International bank transfer seemed difficult to make happen, so getting the cash was a bit inconvenient, but no great hassle. Would have been better if we'd been prepared.
