Aquavilla Studio

This gem of a place is clean, quiet, near the beach and near some great cafes. It's also near the rail line in and out of Wellington. Very easy to get to if driving isn't your thing. We were pleasantly surprised.

Some brighter interior lighting would make it even better.

Close to train station, warm and cozy

Location was superb, cute unit at back of garaging & very private and quiet ion spite of railway just over the road. Perfect for cafes and restaurants & beach walk around the coast. Very comfy bed, clean. Clear easy instruction to access property as Host was not their during most of our stay.

Breakfast was a little disappointing as there was not enough for 2 people for 4 days, but not the end of the world & we just topped up what we wanted. We didnt discuss this with our host as they were away unexpectedly and we didnt feel it was appropriate to intrude. We met Tom on the last evening and he was very nice.

I loved this place, so close to the sea I could hear the waves crashing at night. Really close to the train station yet I didn't hear the trains. The bed was amazing, and the location is spot on. I wanted for nothing. Host was awesome even come and had a chat which I appreciated. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.
