Everything you need for a comfortable and quiet night's sleep. Very clean lovely quiet location. Really appreciated the breakfast left in the fridge.

Absolutely lovely welcome from Fiona for our stay in a delightful cottage with a beautiful view. Compact, beautiful linens, well appointed kitchenette, great shower. To top it all off exceptional value with light breakfast included. I would definitely recommend and study again.

Communication for the hosts prior to my stay. Easy to find. Bread, spreads, yogurt, milk and museli supplied for breakfast and cold water in the fridge. Cosy for 1 night whilst on a work trip.

Fiona was very friendly the property was clean warm an comfortable and very private close to everything even hamilton which as a kid l thought took hours l would definetly recommend this property

A clean compact tidy cabin in a private garden setting that was an easy short drive from Otorohanga - we were enroute to Auckland . Some handy provisions included breakfast supplies and a delicious homemade granola. A bowl of fresh feijoas were an added bonus! We didn’t see the owners but the directions were clear and helpful and a number of signs led us to the cabin. A lovely garden walkway had fairy lights to show the way. I’d prefer this et up over a main road motel any day. Owners kindly recommended a local bar ‘ the thirsty weta’ to eat at where we enjoyed a meal and drink, slow food service but friendly young staff doing their best.

The first 40 winks sign would have been easier to see if some lights on it- we arrived after dark, and personally I’d prefer cotton sheets. Some bedside reading lights would also be appreciated
