Really liked the communication prior to arriving. Everything was clean and inviting. The surprise of the brownie was a lovely touch. Great view even in the rain.

Breakfast was a continental & very adequate.

Can I suggest that you get block out curtains for the bedroom windows. I is extremely bright at 6 o’clock in the morning. This is despite have Venetian blinds. The sunlight woke us up very early.

Fantastic view over Rotorua.

Staff need to check the expiry date on the butter sashay. One year over and they are rancid. Spoilt the breakfast.
