It's a great place, really comfortable room with a nice bathroom, and a tv you can watch from bed. The big plus for us was, the outside kitchen which was really great, got everything you need to cook, and can eat and chill in hammocks with nice lights in the evening. You can also get pizzas delivered!

It's indeed not indicated anymore on the description, but I got misleaded by the reviews: they do not have bikes for free or to rent anymore, it used to be but that's not the case anymore. Which made the location not ideal for us as we were counting on bikes to get around. You can rent some close by, but go early - they had 1 bike left when we went there!

The kitchen area is nice and the fact that you have a big fridge in the room is a big plus! also the breakfast was always very good

the road to the hotel from the main road is in horrible state, so when it rained a lot it was difficult to pass bare foot. the bikes offered by the hotel were not in the best condition. We heard why from the owner, but it is difficult to get around without a bike

Carlo and Barbara are wonderful people. Great hosts . They have created a unique place very clean relaxing and inviting environment. Highly recommend

Carlos and Barbara the owners are wonderful people the attention and service received was exceptional. We had breakfast everyday freshly made, we can't say enough great things about our stay and the personalized attention. After tje 2nd day it felt like we were staying with family. We look forward to seeing them again and spending more time in the beautiful Island of Bocas Del Toro.

The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The location is very nice and quiet with a nice garden. We really enjoyed our stay. You can rent bikes for free, which we did. We biked to Playa Bluff, which is a beautifull beach.

The quality of the bikes is not so good, but it was fine for us. They are free to use.

We enjoyed our stay at Luciernaga very much! The room was very comfortable, absolutely clean and thoughtfully equipped with useful items like mosquito screens on the windows and a ceiling fan, so you don't have to use the ac (which we really appreciated). The common areas are very nice, too - tastefully furnished with lots of wood and beautifully surrounded by nature. Carlo and his wife are excellent hosts, very welcoming and helpful - we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

You have to be aware, that there are not many shops or restaurants closeby, but you can reach everything via a short walk or taxi drive. The quiet and beautiful surrounding certainly makes up for that, too.

Such a nice calm place with green surroundings tucked away from the town’s hustle and bustle. I love the fact that there was free water and coffee in the shared kitchen. the mini fridge in the room was awesome to have and you could feel that the owner had put a lot of thought into the decorations with hangers and place to dry wet clothes.

The only minus was that it was a bit far from the city meaning that you would have to take a taxi or bike with one of the free bikes to town, if you want to go to a restaurant or buy groceries.
