"Laura is a wise, warm and friendly host."

Cosima and Laura were excellent hosts who communicated really well from right when we booked and up to our arrival and stay. Laura's friendly welcome and advice on where to go in Palermo was superb. The roof terrace as a space to have an bakery based Italian breakfast - including home baking - was a lovely area. Which we also used at night to stargaze and drink wine.

Super accueil de l'hôte qui en plus parlait français.

Le quartier n'est pas super beau et pour se garer c'est super compliqué, malgré un parking privé en face de l'immeuble qui vous coûtera 20€ la nuit...

"Wyjątkowy apartament"

Apartament bardzo czysty,położony w dobrej lokalizacji,posiadał wszelkie udogodnienia.Piękny taras ,na którym serwowane były pyszne śniadania.Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele.Szczerze polecam ten apartament.

"Merveilleux, on reviendra !!"

Tout était parfait : un accueil chaleureux et tellement sympathique , un petit déjeuner somptueux sur la jolie terrasse, l’emplacement à proximité de la gare idéal. Merci et bravo, Laura et Cosimo !

"Gehorig, maar voor 1 nacht prika bij station"

Perfect bij station.

Enorm gehorig. Herrie van de voordeur beneden, de lift en de mensen in de andere kamers. Je hoorde alles door de dunne muren.

"Good value for the money paid."

The host was responsive and proactive. Better to know your time of arrival since the host meets you upon it so would be easier if arranged in advance. The place was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The terrace was big and nice as well as common kitchen. There was a home made breakfast included. Good location next to Notarbartolo Train station. However to Historical Centre of Palermo good 20-30 minutes walking. But the area was good. Great value for the money.

There is an additional charge of 15EUR if arrive after 9pm.
