"Great location and Elena is a Jewel"

My daughter and I stayed at Lo Scoglio dei Volsci for four days in Nettuno Italy which is a block away from the beach. The room itself is very nice looking, well decorated, beds are comfortable, and they have air conditioning which is really nice in the hot Italian summers. Elena and her daughter took care of us welcoming us the first day and providing written suggestions of great restaurants, bars, and places to go. Elena was really nice and left some drinks for us in the small refrigerator, brought us fresh fruit, and provided us advice on how to get a taxi. The location is great right in the middle of the restaurants and old town of Nettuno and about a 5 minute walk from a nice beach.

The WiFi was a bit slow sometimes and was inconsistent. There are trash bins outside the window on the ground floor so it gets noisy when the trucks pick up trash in the morning but otherwise very quiet.

Amazing location and local feel. So close to a ton of amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The owner and her daughter made us feel so welcomed and like long time friends. They were so gracious and helpful.

Everything about the accommodation was excellent! I stayed on my own and the room was a perfect size for me to spread out (but also would've been fine for 2 people). The bathroom was very clean and a good size. Mini fridge, desk, couch, balcony - it was perfect for my 8 night stay. Location was excellent - seconds walk to some of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in! The host Elana was AMAZING!

Some nights it could get quite noisy on the street due to people heading home from a night out. The recycling depot was just outside and was also very noisy when trucks were collecting the rubbish at 5am.
