Friendly and conveniently located guesthouse in the centre of Khao Lak, near shops and diving school. Helpful owner and staff. Quiet. Good value for money.

No frills or view can be expected at this price.

Wandee and staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are really big and clean. The food at restaurant is amazing. Motorbike hire and tour information as well

Close to 7 Eleven, Restaurants and Beach.

The bedsheet had stains, the pillowcase and the bedcover had torned Patches, the water glasses and coffee mug were dirty and used, the night table had stains, was not clean....the TV didn't work. In addition, though written online: shared kitchen, one cannot use it without Prior permission and informing the Host, the time you want to use the kitchen, which is very strange! When stated shared kitchen, one should be able to use it any time like when stated shared bathroom, without Prior permit! In short, pictures and reality are 2 pairs of boots. Was very difficult to communicate with the staff in English. The Host was busy with her cooking classes. She should also take proper care of the rooms, to make sure that the room and the utensils are clean before the guests arrival. We reached the place around 2:30 pm.

Fridge smelly, room not very clean

This was, without doubt, the best hotel experience I have ever had!! Les Fleurs is very simple, clean, and conveniently located. What made our stay truly memorable was our host and owner, Wandee! She is a remarkable woman, extremely friendly, kind, helpful, personable, multilingual, charismatic, and an exceptional host that went above and beyond for us. She runs a cooking school adjacent to the property so we were always well fed with delicious locally sourced food, she arranged a two day excursion for us in the Khao Sok National Park with a private guide, meals and hotel stay, she arranged a private transfer for us to Koh Samui and was even able to provide a laundry service at 10pm at night with our clothes cleaned, dried and ironed by 7am the following morning! She is an extremely resourceful woman who did everything with a smile on her face. Our experience was so enjoyable that a week later, we returned and booked to stay an additional night just to repay her kindness. We also invited some friends to eat with us at her cooking school/restaurant. Highly, highly recommend! 10/10

Wandee, the owner is very communicate and sympathetic! She helps the guests and ensures they have a great experience! Her place holds cooking classes, has a reataurant where she herself cooks (and she is a chef who worked abroad and teaches thai cooking!). You can book transfers, tourist adventures. You can do everything here and nothing is missing in her offering.

Perfect location and very friendly staff with great AC.

Disappointingly let down by cleanliness standards. Blood and spit all over sink in bathroom. Bins (including bathroom) not emptied once during week long stay.
