Lovely host and amazing breakfast! Location is super nice and great for exploring the Wat Arun area. 10/10 recommend :)

The place only has two rooms, both facing a beautiful garden and a private pier. So you feel like you have the whole garden to yourself. Beautiful and spacious colonial style rooms with lots of character. Tucked away from the bustle of a big city. A bit hard to find at first but the owner sends very detailed instructions and came out to the main road to help with my luggage. Breakfast are delicious although a bit small in portion. The owners are so friendly. One day I woke up passed the breakfast time and they provided everything to me anyways. Also allowed me to check out in the afternoon without additional charge.

This place has a really nice cottage vibe, comfortable and cozy and situated in a lovely garden next to a river. Views from the bed of the sunset and the glittering gold temple are a pleasure. A lot of small details were considered to make the room comfortable. Hosts are welcoming and kind. It's a unique and cozy stay for those interested in a different viewpoint of the city.

Most obvious one, the noise of the boats on the river is occasionally extreme — but it's no fault of the owners. Location is probably not ideal for newcomers to Bangkok.

The location is excellent within the local area and very few tourists. It’s down an alleyway within the local community. Felt safe at all times. The hosts are outstanding. Excellent breakfast every morning. It is on the canal and we were able to go on a longboat trip for the day organised by Anna. The garden is beautiful and overlooks the bustling river, noisy during the day but quiet and peaceful at night 7:00pm to 7:00am. Highly recommended if you want an authentic experience.

Historical house with beautiful garden and a private canal jetty. Very unique. Felt like an oasis amongst the clamour of the big city.

The hospitality of the host is stunning. The breakfast is always very delicious and varied. Sitting on the outside terrace every morning and looking at the beautiful small garden is beautiful by listening the birdsongs.

The ambience is really nice, quiet. The host is really nice and greeted us, the breakfast prepared is also very nice too!

The area is noisy because there are engines driving over the canal boat.

a small house on a canal in a quiet area not far from the historical center of the city, a hospitable hostess, cozy breakfasts on the terrace, and neighbors - a squirrel living nearby in a tree))) an ideal place to relax after a day spent in a wonderful but noisy city. We also took a boat excursion through the hostess - we highly recommend it))
