Terre Terrace Glamping - Doichang

The room definitely exceeded my expectations - lovely decor, tea and coffee station, comfortable bed and a balcony to sit and watch the sunset. Perfect overnight stay for the Doi Chaang Trail running event. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming

Only good thing was the view and decent toilet.

Obviosly owner does not understand word "glamping". Wrong photos on booking website. We had a shed on the roof of his house , between waters tanks and other constructions. There was no door, so we had to sleep fully dressed, under thin blanket. By the morning bedlinen was dump and we feel very cold. Plus all insects came in! Awful night. From facilities only kettle and bottle of water. Manager was not friendly. Shed was booked for me +my daughter. My son wanted to stay in a hammock near us but we came so late and it was so dark so he couldn't find any place where to put his hammock. So we asked manager if we will pay extra and he could put his hammock on the roof. Firstly he agreed. But later on (already after 10pm) he refused and kicked him out!

I loved staying at this place. I'm a young solo female traveler from India, and this is my first international trip. I was more concerned about my safety while traveling alone, and about the facilities. But the host made me feel so welcomed and I had a very comfortable stay with all the facilities available. You get home cooked food for a reasonable price. They are such warm people! I would definitely recommend this place if you visit Doi Chang.
