Ozi the employee who helped with everything was so so good. He was a mine of information about the area and how to get on there. He upgraded me from a room to a beautiful suite as it was quiet. He explained the local area on a trip to Ephesus and pointed out other historical sites worth visiting.

One thing that wasn't sorted out was the toilet seat was loose on one side.
