The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very responsive! The room was also cozy

The first night the heating was not working so it was kind of cold. The next morning the staff solved immediately the issue

The bath tub was great.

The heated towel rail actually put off more heat than the actual heater. I considered moving the bed to the bathroom because I was so cold. 😔

"Exceptional Hospitality That Made Our Porto Trip Even Better"

Everything was perfect. Balthazar was very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the location couldn’t be better. Comfortable bed, and very good coffee downstairs where we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. We were also able to leave our luggage on our last day, as our flight was later in the evening. The area has everything you need, from grocery stores to amazing restaurants right on the same street. We truly recommend this place, it made our trip to Porto perfect. Thanks again for the warm welcome, and see you next time we visit Porto!

Cambiaría las cortinas de la ducha, se mojaba mucho el suelo.
