Breakfast was great, fresh juice and fruit. plus jogurt and an assortment of condiments and freshly ground coffee machine.

Bed could be alittle harder for my liking but its personal preference, everything else was great

Ideal accommodation especially for two couples. The host was very nice and flexible. Rooms clean and nice. Breakfast excellent. The location is close to national parks, which is great for cycling trips. We enjoyed a very nice holiday here. Thank you for everything and I recommend it.

Very nice room and bathroom. Surrounded by a lot of greenery and a couple of nice farm animals. Nice breakfast and a place to park your car. The host is very amicable. Quite close to the Circuit of Assen

Having green surroundings comes at a cost as you have a 10 min drive to any food shop. So if you arrive tired from driving and you want to have dinner you need to hop again on your car and drive a little bit more as you have more than a 30-minute walk to the town. But overall, that's just a minor complaint.

This was another B&B that we stayed at on our cycle tour around the Netherlands. It was situated in a rural area and was very peaceful. We arrived early and contacted the host to inform him. He arrived shortly and was very friendly making us a something to drink and we had a chat getting to know one another. There are two bedrooms. Downstairs is the 'Garden Room' and upstairs is the 'Attic Room'. Each room has it's own bathroom but share the kitchen which is well equipped. This 'tiny house' is built inside a barn which might seem unusual but seems very safe and snug. We had booked the upstairs room. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and has a bath. There is a sitting area and then the bedroom. It is rather warm upstairs and it is accessed via a fairly steep staircase. We would recommend that it isn't suitable if you have any mobility problems or if you are extremely tall. Mind you, we are both in our sixties and manged fine but if we return will chose the 'Garden Room'. We bumped our head several times on our first day until the brain registered not to do that! Breakfast was served at the kitchen table. The host set this out immaculately. Thank you for catering for my wife's ' gluten and dairy free' breakfast. It was really appreciated. You are provided with a plastic bag so that you can prepare a 'picnic lunch'. Outside are two different sitting areas. Here you can watch the animals. One has a table. Bicycles can be locked safely in the barn and e-bikes can be charged there as well. It was most suitable to visit Kamp Westerbork and other forest areas.

There was nothing that we disliked. It was most enjoyable. If I was to think of anything it would be that you can hear the road noise from the N381 (which was a fair distance away) during peak times.
