UNK'S HOUSE HOMESTAY

It can be found starting down a short dirt track on the left heading west toward Danao. If you have wheelie case you'd better carry it or risk the wheels being destroyed. Then you turn right onto a concrete path which takes you through some shack-like dwellings with cats, dogs and various fowl wandering about. The welcome is friendly and the common interior area is fairly informal with a dog or two, and other of the family's things lying around. + The room on the first floor was nice enough, with decent air con and places to store things, a rail to hang clothes, and a sort of mini chaise longue tight against the wall by an internal window. No desk and chair, though, so any pc work could really only be done lying on the bed . A fridge and hairdryer too. and a bedside table with lamp. Comfortable bed and pillows, thankfully.

If you like the noises of animals, this is the place for you. The sounds of the place's dogs barking and cockerels of the neighbours at all hours was not at all expected and became rather annoying, even when using earplugs to sleep. Also, the external window blinds were very stylish but a bit feeble in their light-blocking abilities in the early morning. Bring an eye mask. Couldn't get the TV to show anything. The breakfast was included and didn't seem to be an opt-out. If you need decent fresh coffee and bread or pastries in the morning, you'll need to order in, if possible, or go to somewhere like the Korean Blooming Angel Bakery and cafe near the big McDonalds. Don't expect fresh coffee here- it's just instant Nescafe and creamer sachets and cheap orange flavoured juice. There is an egg option on the menu, cooked to taste; one egg, scrambled, fried, as omelette etc. Or a vegetarian option with two eggs plus three pretty poor small pancakes and some sort of orange -coloured syrup to pour over, instead of the two sausages option. The toast is two slices of white with butter (I think, or margarine), and strawberry jam. Pity there's no fruit offered.

The room was huge, clean and the bed super comfortable, plenty of cupboard and storage space and all staff friendly. Nice lamp and sockets next to bed, Location is good to town and beach about 7 mins. Super friendly dog Max

A bit of a bumpy road leading to the property which is dark at night but not really a problem

Nicht direkt am Strand, aber nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß dahin. Das empfanden wir als Vorteil, da es daher sehr ruhig und gemütlich war. Schöne, sehr saubere Zimmer. Tolles Bad mit abgetrennter Dusche. Homestay Atmosphäre mit sehr gemütlichem Innenbereich und gutem Frühstück. Großer Kühlschrank (gemeinsame Nutzung) und sehr freundlicher und engagierter Betreiber und sehr herzliches Personal.

la possibilità di far ascciugare i vestiti. Purtroppo siamo capitati in due giorni di pioggia. La strada da percorrere per raggiungere la spiaggia; per arrivare alla location bisogna camminare su strade sterrate e fangose e attraversare le baracche (ma è il must delle Filippine)

Our private bathroom was outside the room. A bit off-putting the first time you disappear down a path through many houses.

Fiquei em um quarto com banheiro privativo com ar condicionado. Pudemos deixar as malas antes de entrar no quarto. E na saída, a atendente se esforçou para nos arrumar um tuk tuk para a Praia Momo Beach de onde sai o ferry para Oslob (pode comprar pelo 12go) e fez um lanche para levarmos às 05:30am. A 100 metros tem aluguel de moto. E a pé se chega na praia Alona Beach. Fizemos mergulhos com a Bohol Divers em Balicasag Island e Danao Wall, vale muito a pena. A Saryta é excelente instrutora para iniciantes e fala espanhol. Café da manhã com o necessário, correto para o valor pago na pousada. Chuveiro bom, cama ok.

Como várias acomodações nas Filipinas, você passa por uma viela simples até chegar na pousada. Mas não é problema, ficaria lá de novo.

Hôte et personnel très sympathique et serviable. Emplacement idéal, près du centre mais excentré du bruit.

Alonaビーチまで歩いて行けて、大通りから中に少し歩いた静かな場所にありました！ロビーにはとても可愛い犬がいます☺️スタッフの方皆さん親切です！朝食はシンプルですがとても美味しく、6時からOKだったので朝のツアー参加前に1日のエネルギーをチャージできました😋

タオルは清潔ですが逆に新しいからなのか、拭いていると少し糸くずが体につきました😅でも大きな問題はないです！
