Close to the airport. The owner and staff was very sweet. Our flight got delayed for five hours so we checked in late at night, they were very helpful in the process.They also helped us get a taxi back to the airport next morning. Room looks like the pictures, and everything works well.

It was fairly quiet and cozy.

The wifi didn't work properly.

Hidden away

Staff were amazing , they helped me get my suitcase back after I left it in a taxi , 😩…. But a cheap and cheerful place … a comfortable bed on hand while travelling around , I took a much needed rest after my flight , and it was a comfortable bed and air con …. That’s all I needed , thank you

Shower was very poor , would have been great if the shower worked better , also no tea or coffee facilities.

Location to the airport

Airport transfer broke down and no replacement. So made our own way. Room was very very musty. Had to pay at the reception. Thought I had paid online Uncomfortable bed. Very lumpy. Had to pay for breakfast when I ordered a room with breakfast included. Coffee was an additional cost for breakfast No bed linen Shower was hit and miss for temperature The AC worked well but it was very noisy

I wish they would confirm that I wasn't double charged!...

The.Cozy Inn is comfortable, clean, basic and cheap. The owner and staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. It's my Go-To when flying out or flying in. The owner knows who to call if you need a taxi and he comes on time.

I love everything about the Cozy Inn except that most of them the taxi drivers don't know where it is. I have to navigate for them and sometimes that's challenging. In my room the shower head was clogged and needs to be replaced.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Unfinished repair to the cr door. TV did not work. Cold water at basin and shower, although the shower did not work. Access was on a slippery road with 2 paths of concrete and soil in the middle. We ordered an American breakfast - what we got was 2 very small sausages, 1 undercooked fried egg and 2 small half toasted bread with a very small sliver of butter. I asked for my small flask to be filled with hot water, as there was no kettle in the room - it was luke warm!

Very good hotel, very friendly staff, I stayed at this hotel several times during my vacation and was always satisfied, a very cozy hotel in a quiet area, close to the airport, which is also convenient when flying, there are cafes nearby where you can eat, you can get some water in the cooler, very good wi-fi, for the price one of the best options in Lapu-Lapu and in Cebu City in general, I recommend it and will definitely come back!
