Excellent hosts, good beds. Plenty of space to relax. The host went out of their way to give me a gluten free breakfast.

We had a nice experience staying here! Kind and friendly hosts, and a convenient location on the main road. Spacy shower cabin. Great variety of tea. Spacious shared common space.

Late check-in might be an issue if there are other guests, which is fair enough, so plan your trip carefully. For those who prefer privacy, get prepared to share a common space in the living room/kitchen. A standard plate of yoghurt is to be shared between guests, which might be okay not for all.

The grounds are beautiful. Ron and Allison the owners were very kind and helpful. The breakfast food was very good. The place is so peaceful and comfortable

The hosts are wonderfully hospitable and provide for the guest's every need. There are 2 bedrooms in this let, plus a spacious lounge/ dining area/ plus laundry and a very good breakfast is supplied.

The hosts were wonderful and provided a wonderful Continental breakfast. Lovely setting and comfortable accommodations.

The cottage is quite lovely, extra-spacious with gorgeous knotty pine interior. Alison and Ron are super-friendly, we really enjoyed engaging with both of them. Sky TV was nice to have, as well as the good collection of DVD movies and music.

About the only thing we would warn potential guests about is, if you are expecting to be able to prepare a cooked meal, don't. The place is just not set up for that. And, to get takeaway or eat out, you will likely have to drive to Ohakune (about a 12-miniute drive), where there are a couple of reasonable restaurants. There's nothing much available in Raetihi.

The most welcoming hosts who go to every length to make you feel comfortable. Definitely making an excuse to come back!

The hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cottage itself was charming and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delightful.
