Aonang Third Place Hometel

Very cool spaces, super clean, feels like you’re in the jungle, lovely staff. It’s a little out of town but town is Benidorm vibes so that’s no bad thing, it’s easy to get a taxi and only 5 mins.

The staff was nice but other than that I wouldn't recommend the place

The facilities are mediocre, the bed was really stiff (we like firm mattresses but this was just a blanket on a wooden board) and the worst things were the shower and the location. The water pressure is really low and it took forever the wash our hair, and the shower head isn't adjustable so it was really hard to shower. THe place is kind of isolated and further away from the main streets, and you really have to rent a scooter the get to places. We don't ride scooters and we asked about renting bicycles - they didn't have any and didn't know where we could rent them (a short Google search helped). The lady there said we can use grab but it's really not accessible and usually we had to wait more then 15 minutes until someone accepted the ride, and then waited 10-15 minutes for them to arrive. One of the two nights there we just walked more then 30 minutes to get back because no grab driver accepted the drive.

Dit was een geweldige accommodatie! We kwamen hier niks te kort. Het is super goed verzorgd, schoon en het bed sliep ook lekker waarin we met z’n 3en pasten en waarbij ze ook nog een extra bed(bank) hadden opgemaakt. Kies je voor de grote ruimte dan heb je een beneden en boven verdieping. Mocht je er zin in hebben, verzorgen ze ook yoga en sound healing sessies. De ligging van de accommodatie was top, met de scooter was het 5 min naar Ao Nang beach en vanuit daar kon je verschillende boottrips pakken.

Loved every aspect of this stay. It was niche, modern and very comfortable.
