老闆及闆娘還有男服務員及廚房阿姨都很親切友好。 當初是因為住在舊館“波拉波拉旅館”，來這新館吃早餐，覺得新館看起來很不錯，就跟孩子們說下次一定要找時間來這裏住一晚。 6人房床很好睡。

有一個戴著濃密假睫毛的女服務員，態度非常不友善。當我孩子友善的對她微笑時，她卻惡狠狠的瞪他。我當我禮貌的詢問她時，她眼神的不爽與不屑，真讓人一肚子火。 雖然老闆人很好，事後表示歉意，主動提起讓我們找時間來免費住一晚，只是我們也不想占便宜，且孩子說會害怕再遇到那個瞪他的女服務員，因為孩子跟我說：媽咪，我有乖乖的，為什麼她要瞪我。 所以不可能再入住的。
