老闆很主動熱心，會主動聯繫問抵達時間，然後出來幫忙載行李，抵達後還有導覽解說，也招待飲料，服務到位。剛好住本館旁的房型，如果喜歡木屋的氛圍感相當推薦唷。房間也沒有煙味異味，很滿意，畢竟我選房間都會特別注意這方面評論。退房時老闆也會幫忙把行李載到搭車的地方哦！大廳=用餐的地方，戶外空間剛好可以看風景，房間外的小陽台也是，陽台上還有一個小閣樓，也是別有一番閒情逸致。來九份玩住溫莎堡絕對是一個不錯的選擇。

提供早餐的時間可以再早一點08:30太晚了

希望入住前房間可以先打掃完，而不是入住的時候房務人員還在打掃，然後看到客人入住後就隨便打掃完就說好了，結果廁所地板完全是濕的小孩進去還差點滑倒
